Nimbus provides tools to create an online community among students, classes, clubs, teachers, parents, and administrators. Using social, instructional, and community networks.
After logging in, users will see his activity in the account dashboard, via news feeds, and five tabs to choose from: profiles, albums, my classes, my documents, and calendars. Profile tab which allows users to edit their profile information which can be seen by users of online communities. It allows users to view and create photo albums. My class allows the user to select classes or groups that they would like to include that. In every class is a menu with the following options: class home, mini-feeds, workspace, Member Directory, calendar and tasks, events, discussion boards, wall posts, chat online, mail class, polls, blogs, and the album class. The district can create unlimited number of class. My documents allows users to upload documents to the online storage and calendar allows students to enter certain information to them.
